Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at Support@getnestly.co . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us at Support@getnestly.co with photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately. For all other exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order once approved.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at Support@getnestly.co
